DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
1. 7-30 working days depends on the complexity and slots. Counted after I start the commission.
2. WIP update for each phase: sketch, base color, finishing. (NO WIP UPDATE FOR SURPRISE ME COMMISSION)
3. Final drawing delivery via Google Drive link or email
4. I will inform you right away if there is a possibility to finish the commission longer than the provided turnaround time due to personal responsibilities.REVISIONS
1. Maximum of 3 major revisions and unlimited minor revisions during sketch phase. Major revisions over 3 times will require additional fees of $5 USD / Rp50K per additional revision. (NO REVISION FOR SURPRISE ME COMMISSION)
2. Major revisions: changing pose or whole outfit, adding/removing characters.
3. Minor revisions: changing small details, adding/removing outfit details.PAYMENTS
1. Minimum of 50% down payment before starting. Rest of the payment needs to be paid after the sketch phase is accepted by client.
2. Payment via Paypal, BCA, Gopay, ShopeepayINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS & USAGE POLICY
1. I retain all rights to distribute or use the artwork (watermarked version) for self-promotion and portfolio unless requested otherwise.
2. The buyers retain all rights to distribute the artwork (watermarked or non-watermarked) and must include the credit.
3. It is prohibited to edit, trace, copy, or modify any finished drawing without permission.

1. Requesting a cancellation or refund is only allowed in the maximum of sketch phase and due to an acceptable reason. Any cancellation without acceptable reason will result in being blacklisted, especially after sketch phase.
2. The percentage of the refund will depend on the progress. The refund will be 100% (no progress is done yet) and 50% (during the sketch stage).
